  2. Un nouveau kickstarter de CoolMiniOrNot, j'aodre ces campagnes là car elle sont super le fun, plein de emails qui ajoutent de plus en plus de stretch goal. Le jeux a l'air super simple, pas mal un "light game" de dés ou tu explore et tue des monstres. The other player is the monster and moves secretly in the dark spaces on the outside of the board. The monster player uses a dial to secretly track its location. On a player's turn, they first move one space in either direction, then perform one action. An action that both players have in common is Attack. The player may attack into an adjacent space (not diagonal) into the darkness or into the light. If the opponent player is there, then they are eliminated and the game ends, otherwise it becomes the other player's turn. The hunter has additional tools in her pack. She has bolt tokens which can be used to shoot in a straight line across the board to try hitting the monster. She may alternately shoot the bolt across the board through the fire to light up the dark space on the opposite side of the board. For the remainder of the game the monster must announce if he ever moves through the lit space. The hunter can also drop a leg of mutton, which forces the monster to move one space towards it, and a bell trap, which rings when the monster leaves the space. For his part, the monster has a single token which allows him to perform a feint action. By spending this token, the monster can secretly move 0-2 spaces. This allows him a one-time opportunity to fade back into the darkness when he feels the hunter is on to him. The game progresses until one player eliminates the other, or the hunter spends all her tokens. In this case, the game ends in a tie in five more turns, as daylight breaks and both the hunter and monster go on their separate ways.

Jouable de 2-3 joueurs avec 1 copie ou 4-5 joueurs avec 2 copies (J'ai un contact qui fait souvent allez-retour Québec si des intéressés de ce côté). We are a young, Polish company. We work with Carl Chudyk, Asmadi Games, TMG and many others. We decided to take care of Carl’s The Bird Told Me To Do It because (no, this time they did not tell us to do it!) we think this little game (as all Carl Chudyk games) is really awesome. It is very interesting – when have you had a chance to build your own branch of a tree? And a branch with many birds and twigs on it! Besides, all the time Birds tell you what you have to do… In the game there are 48 unique twigs from which you create a branch. Every card is also unique! Each card has some Birds on it. And they tell you what you must do. Each card tells you to do something else. So considering we have 48 different actions and taking into account we can (or even must) combine some of them together the number of possibilities is too big to be written here. With each new card added to the play area the situation on the table changes. Of course, as in many Carl Chudyk’s games, players can boost actions to achieve even more devastating/point-gathering combos. Read further if you want to know more about the rules and you can even download a ready-to-print rulebook. The Bird Told Me To Do It is already a complete game. We have all the cards ready for final touches and printing etc. The main thing during playing The Bird Told Me To Do It is adding new pieces to a commonly built branch of a tree. Each twig (part of a branch, aka card added to the play area) is a home for some Birds. But that is not all! When extending a branch you may want to grab a plumage card in the just-added Birds color (needed for scoring), or you may instead add another twig. Or maybe fill your hand with more cards so you will have more options next turn? After you have added some card(s) to the branch, you must do something… What exactly – The Birds will tell you what to do now! Follow the branch from the trunk to the card you have added last and do everything that Birds on the branch tell you along the way! Birds will tell you to do many different things (remember – there are 48 cards in the game and each has a different action). Easiest will be to take some plumage card or draw more cards into your hand. Other Birds will require you to cover one part of a branch with a card from your hand – possibly changing your path on the branch! Now you should see (using your imagination) how positively chaotic this game can be. You may, and will use cards in many different ways (you expected something else from Carl Chudyk? think again…). There are also earlier-mentioned Plumage cards. You want them! Just like Pokestuff - you want it all! They are needed to score points. But those cards do not give you any points by themselves. You must play smart so on the Branch there will be a plurality of Birds in a color you have Plumage. Only this color will be scored at the end of a round! And the owner of this plumage card will get all Birds from the branch of that color as points. Do not worry; someone may always steal your plumage card from you… And you just spent the last 5 turns to build up a lot of red Birds since you had this red plumage… Lesson learned! The game ends when someone achieves or passes the 30-points mark or when the Birds deck is depleted for a second time (then the player with the most points wins). (no, you will not get a Skull Card with this game) Since you have some idea how the gameplay looks - we assure you it is dynamic, each time you play is a different experience and certainly you will not get bored after many playthroughs! Some of you may now think that it is complicated, chaotic, luck driven. You are wrong, just play it and after a few games you will see that there is strategy in it! An experienced player should have no problems defeating a newbie. So you prefer to be this newbie who loses all the time or maybe you want to become an experienced player, a mentor to new gamers who want to delve into Carl Chudyks’ realm? During gameplay Birds’ colors and actions associated with them are very important. But not solely – combo, baby, combo! That is what matters. Your skill and expertise in how to connect certain, available to you right now, cards into powerful combos. And do not think you can play it as a multiplayer-solitaire game! Be on your toes and carefully watch what your opponents are doing (Remember that stolen plumage card right before scoring? Yeah, that was an awesome move at the proper moment.). You must be aware of the table situation as a whole. The Bird Told Me To Do It can be played with 2-3 players. When you combine 2 sets you can play 4-5 player games! Game mechanics discourage kingmaking - there is almost no possibility that it will be a game 2 vs. 1. The situation on the table changes very often and it is very hard to cooperate with another player against a 3rd player. So better prepare your own, winning strategy according to the cards you have in hand! We, the Czacha Games team, really like the mechanics used in this game. Also gameplay is a pleasure to us (although it requires some brain-burning sometimes). You will definitely love The Bird Told Me To Do It and you should back this project right now. We want to deliver this great game to other countries beyond Poland, and we want to do it together, with you.

Pour ceux que cela intéresse, Richard Breese viens de Kickstarter son prochain jeu de la série Key, Keyper: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/555694524/keyper-character-edition En gros c'est un version "pimpé" avec des keyples fait par Meeple Source. Le jeu est pour septembre 2017, et le release officiel du jeu normal, est pour Essen 2017. Par contre, je crois que le taux de change va en refroidir plus d'un: Version avec meeples pimpés: £75 + £19 de shipping = £94 = 160$CAD Version régulière (comme le retail future): £45 + £19 de shipping = £64 = 109$CAD Bref, dans mon cas, je vais attendre de voir les reviews l'an prochain et attendre la version dans le réseau de distribution standard car cela va être assurément moins cher.

  25. Liens vers le Kickstarter Chimera Station is a game for 2-4 Players, playing in 60-90 minutes. We have just Five Rounds to build this Space Station, which would be nigh impossible if we were using just regular alien workers. Thankfully we have extra tools at our disposal: brains, tentacles, claws, and leaves. Each round is made up of three phases: A Placement phase, where we assign workers to various tasks or prep them for splicing, Followed by a Splicing Phase, where prepped workers are upgraded with new genetic components and then sent to fulfill one of the leftover tasks available. Finally we reward our workers with sustenance in the Feeding Phase. So how is splicing going to make the work easier? For that I'll turn it over to an expert splicer... Seems simple enough, right? With each worker limited to two genetic components it won't get TOO complicated... that's only like, 1 + 4 + ... um... well it's a lot of options, but I'm sure you'll be fine.
